复合井盖中碳纤维作用:碳纤维具有强度高、模量高、耐高温、导电等一系列性能,首先在航空航天领域得到广泛应用,近年来在运动器具和体育用品方面也广泛采用。据预测,土木建筑、交通运输、汽车、能源等领域将会大规模采用工业级碳纤维。


1997~2000年间,宇航用碳纤维的年增长率估计为31%,而工业用碳纤维的年增长率估计会达到130%。中国的碳纤维总体水平还比较低,相当于国外七十年代中、末期水平,与国外差距达20年左右。


国产碳纤维的主要问题是性能不太稳定且离散系数大、无高性能碳纤维、品种单一、规格不全、连续长度不够、未经表面处理、价格偏高等。
